Google will buy Skype, communications services with P2P (peer to peer) technology, which is currently dominated by eBay. Due to declining financial condition, eBay plans to sell Skype to Google.

After buying Skype worth USD 2.6 billion four years ago, eBay difficulty to integrate phone services via the internet with own auction site.

Skype actually has a big potential value of the business, because Skype reported have own benefit as much 26 percent in the year ago.

Google is a prospective buyer who is considered suitable to integrate Skype services for the chat service, GChat owners frequently used e-mail account. When Google purchased Skype so, it will be the owner GChat forefront of services for business chat because not only will use only text but also video and audio.
