The British government intended install ‘black box’ on the Internet to monitor Internet traffic, especially to record all e-mail address and record the impression that the sites visited by Internet users.

A delegation representing the ISP said, the installation of black boxes will spied all internet users and know the behavior of Internet users in the UK.
“We will review the entire plan, beginning next year we will implement it,” said a ministry spokesman in the country, Britain.
