Sometimes we forget the password that we have in our computer which operating system of Windows XP. Even without it, we can not do anything on the computer. This password is like a lock on the entrance door of the house. So what should we do? Formatting the hard drive? Don’t do that.
If in Windows XP you have two user accounts, do these steps:
- Log in as a user password that you remember it.
- Click Start, and then Run.
- In the Open box type control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
- Click the user account of his forgetfulness password, and then click Reset Password.
- Type your new password in the New Password and Confirm line in the new password, and then click OK.
Way above will be successful in your computer if there are two or more user accounts. However, what if you only have one user?

Burn to a blank CD. Next, use the CD for booting. At the boot menu appears, type boot: nt_pass and press Enter. Next, follow the instructions on the screen.
