Acer today launched new netbook based consumer-centric and lifestyle, Acer Aspire One.
Acer Aspire One are presented with Linpus Linux operating system. At the top of the OS, the Acer One simple to develop applications that one email can control six e-mail account in a one window.
In addition, Acer also develops a program that can handle some popular Instant Messenger messaging (IM), such as ICQ, Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger, simultaneously.
Aspire One also equipped with Acer Crystal Eye webcam with the CMOS sensor 300 kilopixel. This device also allows users to make live video streaming, video chat, or video conference with quality standards.
Mini laptop that has a weight of less than one kilogram, is equipped with WSVGA screen sized 8.9-inch TFT LCD display with LED-backlight resolution of 1024×600. In addition, the mini-laptop, Acer is also adopting Intel’s Atom processor with two options of RAM memory, ie, 512MB or 1GB.
For connectivity, the LAN aspire One is equipped with a 10/100 Ethernet LAN LED. Meanwhile, the Wireless LAN network connection is equipped with Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11g / b.
